The majority of people learn to drive with weekly driving lessons.
In Bristol, we are able to give you the choice of either manual or automatic driving lessons. As a new driver, we advise that you take two-hour lessons at a time. You may learn more and spend more time on each topic during a two-hour driving session, which will help you become a safe and confident driver faster than if you simply attended hourly lessons once a week. As a result, you will need fewer hours to prepare for your driving test, which can help you save money.
At the moment, Bristol is home to four of our local driving instructors: Nick and Joe, who provide manual lessons. Steve and Idris are providing automatic driving lessons.
Due to demand, we currently require additional driving instructors in Bristol.
Manual driving lessons in Bristol will cost you the following:
Manual driving lessons are £95 per 2-hour lesson and we offer a discount for a block booking of 10 hours for £450.00
All driving lessons will last a minimum of 2 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon with your driving instructor.
Automatic Driving Lessons Bristol
Automatic Driving Lessons are available in South Bristol only
Someone who finds shifting gears difficult or who finds driving to be a very hard chore may find automatic driving classes to be appropriate (even after a fair few lessons, when for most of us the whole clutch-gear-biting point thing has switched to autopilot mode)
The advantages of driving an automated vehicle are very clear. Although your fuel usage may be slightly less economical than a manual car, it can make a significant difference in the amount of work necessary when driving on longer routes because the car changes gear for you when it needs to. As a result, you'll rarely over-rev an automated automobile.

Intensive Driving Courses Bristol

Intensive Driving Courses are sometimes also referred to as Crash Courses and can be an ideal way for you to reach the driving test standard sooner and be ready to take your driving test at an earlier date than you would with conventional weekly driving lessons.
This can be a perfect way to learn to drive if you need your driving licence fast as maybe a new job offer depends on it or you are simply too busy for weekly driving lessons. By having your driving lessons close together, it can also mean you need less hours of driving overall to reach the driving test standard and so in turn taking an intensive driving course can save you money on the cost of learning to drive.
Our team of local driving instructors will pick you up from home and you can take your driving test at either of the Bristol test centres, they are located at Avonmouth or Kingswood and we will look to see which one has the best availability for driving tests when you book your course.
