Terms and Conditions for our special offers and normal lessons.
Money back Guarantee
We will Guarantee that after your first driving lesson if you are not completly happy we will return to you your payment for any block bookings you have made minus the cost of the first lesson at our standard rate of £24 per hour. You need to raise any concerns with the owner of the business James Orgar after your first lesson has ended and no more than a week after the lesson has ended. New learners get their first 5hrs for just £89
The 5hrs must be done as a 1hr, then 2x2hr lessons or 2x1.5hrs followed by 1x 2hr lesson
With this deal the lessons can not be done as 5x1hr lessons.
If you do not complete your 5hr a refund for the remaining hours can be given once agreed with your instructor but every hour you have already used will be charged at our full rate currently £23ph + 5% on any remaining hours.
All driving lessons carry a 24hr cancelation notice otherwise your time will be deducted from your prepaid lessons.
New pupils to 2nd2none get their first 10hrs at just £180
The 10 hours must be paid for in full at time of booking or directly to the Instructor at the beginning of the first lesson.
Each lesson will be done as 2hrs unless otherwise agreed by yourself with the driving instructor.
All driving lessons carry a 24hr notice of cancelation.
If you start your lessons and then decide not to continue before finishing the full 10hrs a refund will be given after charging normal full rates for the hours you have received plus 5% on any remaining hours.
The contract is between you and the instructor monies paid to, not 2nd2none Driving School.
You are required to be in possession of a current, valid provisional driving licence. It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any changes or endorsements to this.
We are not responsible for practical test appointments which are cancelled by the D.S.A.
We reserve the right to refuse the use of a car for practical tests, where the instructor, after an assessment lesson, feels that you have not reached a satisfactory standard.
If you change your pick up or drop off point without 24 hours notice, it may not be possible to give you a full hour lesson; a full hour will still be charged.
If you are late for a lesson, the lesson will still finish at the arranged time. Missed time will not be reallocated, nor will the lesson price be reduced.
You must ensure that you are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs whilst attending a lesson, “remember the night before”. Your instructor will refuse to teach you if they believe this to be the case and you will still be charged for the lesson. Please check labeling on all medication you are currently taking with regards to driving.
Terms and Conditions of our Guaranteed Pass
The Guaranteed pass offers 2 attempts at your theory test.
The Guaranteed pass can be used as an intensive driving course if prior arranged with your instructor.
The Guaranteed pass course offers 7 attepts at your practical driving tests but practical driving tests can only be booked with your instructors permission.
The driving tuition is restricted to 70 driving hours in any one year.
This course only allows a maximum of 7 driving test attempts any additional tests will have to be charged at additional cost to yourself.
The driving lessons must be taken as 2hrs sessions unless otherwise agreed with the instructor.
The Guaranteed pass requires a 20% deposit payable upon booking the driving course with the remainder payable 7 days before the start of this course.
The deposit is none refundable
Intensive Courses Terms & Conditions
All of the Intensive Courses include the DSA driving test price, we will book the test for you and let you know the start date for your course.
Practical tests can not be booked until you have passed your theory test. All pupils still needing to take their theory test will be given free access to Theory test pro.
All intensive driving courses require a 20% deposit upon booking and the remaining balance is to be paid in full 7 days prior to the start of the course.
This deposit is none refundable.
Once we have your details including a theory pass certificate number we will book the next available driving test in your area and inform you of the start date for your intensive course.
All cancelations of intensive courses will be required in writing or email no less than a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the course start date.
The instructor has the right to refuse the use of their car for the test if, in the instructors opinion they feel that the candidate is a danger to themselves or other road users.
Any additional tuition that the student may require will be charged at our normal hourly rate.
Once you pass your driving test your driving instructor may ask you if they can take a picture of you, with your pass certificate in front of our car. We may use this picture on our website and in any future advertising we carryout. Once permission is given by allowing the taking of the picture it becomes the property of 2nd2none driving school.
Any body of 12 years or older can take part in these events but must be 4'8 in height.
The 2hr driving session will involve a minimum of 40 mins of driving.
The 4hr driving session will involve a minimum of 80 mins of driving.
On the day depending on numbers, you maybe be in the car with 3 other people including the instructor and take it in turns to control the car.
We can not gauarantee what car you will be driving on the day but all cars will be fitted with dual controls.
