You may cancel your order at anytime by returning the undamaged goods in their original packaging. A one off charge of £2 per order is payable unless goods are faulty.

 

This will apply to your order unless you order video, DVD, audio, multimedia and software products where the item has been unsealed. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused. You must return the goods within eight days of the day they were received. If you cancel your order, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

All shop products will be dispatched by Royal Mail first class Recorded delivery and are expected to take 2-3 working days.

 

With all Gift vouchers the Valid from date will be from the date of purchase and will be valid for 1 year from purchase. Gift vouchers are none refundable once issued.

 

Paying for Driving Lessons online is refundable only if we do not cover your area or we fail to keep up our commitment to you. We must be informed of your wish for a refund no later than 6 months from purchase. If you are unsure about our coverage please call the office on 0117 3309821 to confirm.

To make sure that shopping on our website is secure, your credit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.

After taking your payment, your credit details will not be stored by us so any additional payments will require your new payment details.
